Remember, just because you can doesn’t mean you should. 2015 WRX STI. Forest Green matte paint. Metallic gold wheels. Stretched tires. Stanced. Giant bold on “drift” spoiler.
I was so confused because the STI spoiler is large but part of the charm so drift spoiler made it look like it was ripped out of GTA V or something. The matte green was acceptable. The gold wheels didn’t look as good as typing the words suggest...it was more metallic brass gold than dark. The stance is something I had issues with because the new WRX body just doesn’t look good in general. Stance can look good, I’ll admit:
But this was not one of those instances.

lowering a car I get. a lot of performance cars look better with about an inch or so of drop, done properly.
stance/hellaflush is just fucking stupid, and looks stupid. I saw some kid on the freeway a few months ago driving his almost-stanced Civic down the road, and I couldn’t help but laugh at how even the smallest bump was so jarring he and his gf were practically constantly banging their heads together.
I can’t think of a more pointless mod.

no WRX should be stanced like that. that camber is just dumb.
i saw an older outback. it looked like even the slightest crack in the ground would cause it to catastrophically bottom out. it looked so odd just barely hovering above the ground.

The one above is apparently lowered on airbags...I’m in agreement with you but compared to the one I saw IRL, anything is acceptable to me.

A certain amount of negative camber can look amazing IMHO. But there is a razor thin line between just enough to look cool and WTF.
